The M Type Tap Changer is designed for use in transformers rated up to 765 kV.

Three-pole models are available with current ratings of 350 A, 500 A, and 600 A, suitable for Y-connected windings.

Single-pole models are available with 350 A, 500 A, 600 A, 800 A, 1200 A, 1500 A, and 1800 A ratings, ideal for auto-connected or single-phase transformers.

Special designs are offered for 700 A (3-phase) and 2100 A or 2400 A (single-phase) applications.

Tap changer configurations are available with 9, 11, 13, 15, or 17 tap positions.

The system supports both star (Y) and delta (D) grounding insulation, with independently selectable tap selector sizes.

The D Type Tap Changer has a proven track record since 1975 and is extensively used in network and furnace applications.
